SNALC aims to promote evidence generation, learning, assessing, and strengthening research utilisation capabilities, in increasing individual and community agency to improve multi-sectoral health outcomes.

It aims to enhance and optimise social norms programming in West Africa, specifically focusing on Anglophone countries. The approach includes community of practice convening, knowledge product dissemination and ongoing conversations on social norms and agency through dedicated communication channels.
