Olayinka is a Legal Practitioner with over fourteen (14) years in active legal practice and advisory services. He is a highly dedicated, analytical and risk management expert. His experience in dispute resolution, compliance and risk management presents him as a right fit for preventing and mitigating legal risk exposure of any organisation. In occasions of potential liabilities of an organisation as a result of risk exposure, he leverages his dispute resolution and problem-solving experience to mitigate the impact of liabilities on an organisation. Having met the ethical and legal requirements and upon the approval of the Chief Justice of Nigeria, Olayinka was officially sworn in by the Chief Judge of the Federal Capital Territory as a Notary Public of Nigeria in 2017.

Working at SCIDaR

His passion to prevent and mitigate legal risk exposure and equally solve problems of individuals and organisations led him to SCIDaR. This is in addition to the desire for growth and capacity building. SCIDaR has provided an opportunity to solve not just legal problems but also be part of various processes geared towards solving tangible human, health and international developmental problems. This is also coupled with the opportunity to learn and grow skills in team management, analytical thinking, problem-solving, business writing and communication. He is delighted to be part of a rapidly growing organisation with so much potential.
Barrister Olayinka acts as the Legal and Compliance Advisor in charge of ensuring legal compliance and supporting executive management and functional units at SCIDaR regarding various legal needs including contracts, governance, procurement processes etc. He provides operational and legal support to the executive management team and ensures that SCIDaR complies with laws and regulations in commercial transactions, contracts, corporate governance, human development and non-profit activities.
