Solina currently provides management support for the Top Team Effectiveness project, which is funded by the Nigeria Governors Forum (NGF). Working in collaboration with the Nigeria Health Commissioners Forum (NHCF), we are embarking on an 8-month initiative to enhance the performance and effectiveness of leaders within the state health teams.
Our expertise in conducting diagnostic assessments has enabled us to identify the key challenges and obstacles that hinder the effectiveness of the state health management teams. As part of our support, we are actively contributing to the development of a comprehensive framework for establishing and sustaining Top Team Effectiveness. Additionally, we are dedicated to creating potential solutions and facilitating the implementation of these solutions to improve the effectiveness of state health management teams across all 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) in Nigeria.
