“The five and a half years that I spent at SCIDaR remains one of my most fulfilling career experiences. What I enjoyed the most about my time there was the fast-paced work culture and the employee-enabling environment the firm provides.

I love that the organization pushes its staff to achieve excellence professionally and personally – from requiring employees to turn in at least a tangible deliverable each day to supporting those seeking further education to gain admission into high-quality educational institutions. In addition to being surrounded by dedicated colleagues who pushed me daily to be a better version of myself, I was empowered to wear multiple hats, make valuable contributions and think outside the box while making decisions; all of which contributed efficiently to my growth and development. The vibrant atmosphere and the good mix of young and older agile workforce also made it easy to make amazing friends and acquire inspiring mentors along the way

Working at SCIDaR was transformational!! For me, It was about finding an opportunity to make an impact that matters especially in the health sector while trying to also hone my skills for self-development as a consultant.
