Abdulateef often referred to as “La” is an Organisational Management Specialist with experience in public, private and non-profit fields. An HIV expert and global public health professional with over (twenty) 20 years’ experience in HIV care and HIV programs design and implementation, public health practice, healthcare management and consulting in sub-Saharan Africa.
Our panel on Breaking the Cycle: The Gender-Health Snowball Effect spotlighted how maternal leave gaps, childcare challenges, and lack of support structures can slow women’s careers and how we can get rid of the blindfolds on gender equity.
